Twilight Walk

In a world of artificial light, nighttime can seem mysterious, even dangerous! Taking a hike along the Wild Loop Trail, we'll observe the stars and moon and use all our senses to explore the wonders of the night. As the light becomes soft and diffused from the sun dipping below the horizon, we'll discover the magic of nature during twilight. Together we'll learn how our nocturnal neighbors adapt to utilize less light, how humans experience the dark, and why we find the twilight hours mysterious and fascinating.
