Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Lion's Open Space on the Poudre River while rejuvenating your mind, body, and spirit! This event combines a yoga practice that incorporates movement, breath to cultivate balance, relaxation, health and vitality plus a short mindful walk and a quiet time sitting at the river. Becky Staab, a certified yoga instructor and Mindful Outdoor Experience Guide, will guide you through the practice inviting you to slow down, awaken your senses and relax into the beauty of nature. Mindful Outdoor Experiences offer serenity, stress reduction and opportunities to deepen our relationship to the natural world.

No previous experience is necessary. Bring your own yoga mat, sunscreen, and water. All skill levels are welcome.
Participants will meet at the picnic pavilion. Yoga starts at 9:00am followed by the short walk and quiet sit spot at the river ending around 10:30am.
