In this six-week, evidence-based class, family caregivers will learn 35 tools to avoid burnout, lessen stress, stop negative self-talk, strengthen communication, convey needs, and deal with difficult emotions.

Use this Google Form to register. Registration is free but required to attend.

This class will take place from 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. every Monday from June 1 to July 6.

Participants are expected to attend all six consecutive classes. This is not a drop-in style class.
