Larimer County, the City of Loveland, and the City of Fort Collins are working together on a Regional Housing Needs Assessment to better understand local housing needs and the challenges residents face in finding and keeping stable housing.

Root Policy, the team that conducted the research, will present the findings during a series of work sessions held in each jurisdiction. These sessions will highlight key data and trends and provide an opportunity to learn more about housing conditions across the region.

The information shared will help guide future Housing Action Plans focused on affordability, stability, and planning for future growth. Learn more about the study.

Meetings are open to the public and can be attended by anyone in person.

Meetings are livestreamed on the County's website.
