The Town of Timnath and Larimer County are working together and with the community to prepare an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) regarding cooperation on managing urban development and establishing a Growth Management Area (GMA) north of the town The agreement would also establish a cooperative planning area north of CR 52 to CR56 where the towns of Timnath, Wellington, and Larimer County and affected residents and property owners would work together to plan for the future. The areas are consistent with the County's Comprehensive Plan.
