Nominations open for 48th Conrad L. Ball Award
Nominations for the 48th Annual Conrad L. Ball Award are now open until July 20, 2026 to recognize an individual or team for their substantial contributions to improvements in criminal justice in Larimer County.
The award is named after the late Honorable 8th Judicial District Judge Conrad L. Ball. While serving on the bench, Ball encouraged the development of new and innovative methods in criminal justice in Larimer County.
Continuing that vision, each year nominations are accepted to acknowledge an individual or team for their significant contributions to the criminal justice system in Larimer County. Visit the Conrad Ball website to learn more about the award, see past recipients, and to submit a nomination.
Larimer County Community Corrections manages the awards process and event planning that includes gathering nominations, facilitating the voting process for the Advisory Board, arranging an awards dinner, and the award presentation.
