Updated TCEF Rates Effective October 1, 2026

Starting October 1, 2026, updated Transportation Capital Expansion Fee (TCEF) rates will go into effect for new construction, additions, detached habitable space, non-residential development, land use changes, etc. Typically collected when building permits are issued, these one-time fees help fund essential road capacity and intersection improvement projects needed to accommodate growth's impact on the County Road system.
