C-PACE
Colorado Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy
The C-PACE program is for owners of commercial, industrial, agricultural, nonprofit, and multifamily buildings (with five or more units). They can use private-sector money to finance qualifying improvements like these:
- energy efficiency
- renewable energy generation
- water conservation
