Larimer County sends informational postcards instead of full statements for schedules which are either historically paid via mortgage escrow, or exempt from property taxes. These postcards serve as a legal notice of property taxes for the owner's reference while reducing both paper waste and postage costs for those that don't require full tax statements.

Delinquent property tax statements for manufactured homes were mailed on June 18, 2026, and all other delinquent statements were mailed the week of July 6, 2026. Current amounts due can be viewed and paid securely online through our property tax calculator at the link above.
