Notices for 2019 taxes payable in 2020 are currently available online and will be mailed the third week of January.

Personal Checks and Electronic Payments No Longer Accepted for 2019

Cash or certified funds (cashiers checks, money orders) now required for all delinquent payments.

Delinquent Property Tax Notices Mailed

Delinquent statements were mailed the week of July 11, 2025.  Some property owners may receive statements if they paid on or soon after the mailing date. Please call our office at (970) 498-7020 or visit our property tax calculator for current amount due.

First Half Payment Deadline and Statement Guides

If you choose to pay your property taxes in two equal halves, the first half deadline is February 28.  Please click above to see your payment options & to pay online.  If you would like a receipt for your records, you can download and print from our receipts page.

Property Taxes become due on January 1 for the previous year. Payments may be paid in two equal installments or in one full installment; partial payments are not accepted. For 2025 taxes payable in 2026, the deadlines are as follows:
