PURPOSE:  This policy represents Larimer County’s commitment to maintaining an Inclusion Advisory Council and Inclusion Plan. The Inclusion Advisory Council and Plan ensure that Larimer County values inclusion, recognizes the impact it has on the success of our employees and the services they deliver, and addresses matters related to inclusion. Larimer County is committed to understanding and enriching a diverse workplace experience for our employees by providing all employees a space to voice their concerns, share their ideas, thoughts, and opinions.

Larimer County internal coaches have completed or are working to complete their iPec Certified Professional Coach certification (CPC).  This certification is achieved through over 320+ hours of education, learning and practice.

Coaching with an internal coach is free to the employee or department.  Coaching hours are limited depending on availability of internal coaches. The number of coaching sessions is determined between you and your coach.  If you need ongoing coaching support, the coach will assist you on scheduling the appropriate interval for coaching.

Coaching is a designed partnership, with the coach assisting and supporting the client while they connect their inner passion to their external purpose and helping the client navigate steps to make that a reality. Coaching may address personal or professional projects, business processes, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. The coach will not pass judgment, nor will the coach tell the client what they should do.
