We recognize that not everyone knows what an employer Affirmative Action Program (AAP) is and isn’t. You may be wondering:

  • Why does Larimer County have an AAP?
  • What is and isn’t the AAP?
  • How is the AAP information used?

These are a few questions we believe are important to share answers for, to create clarity and assist in the understanding of an AAP.
