NAME CHANGE AND/OR MARITAL STATUS CHANGE

When an employee has a name change, they MUST first change their name with the Social Security Administration so that their earnings continue to be accurately reported. 

Once the change has been made with the SSA, employees can enter their name change information directly into UKG.

Merit increases are granted to employees who are not at the top of their established pay range and who receive a standard or above performance rating on their evaluation.

We understand that one of the main reasons employees do not use a commuting alternative is the fear of being stranded at work. The Guaranteed Ride Home Program (GRH) helps alleviate this concern by providing a way home for those employees should they experience an illness, unexpected overtime, or other valid emergency.
