SCOPE OF WORK

Reconstruction of County Club Road and addition of a multiuse trail from Highway 1 to Turnberry Road. Proposed Improvements include:
 

  • two 11’ wide travel lanes with 4’ paved shoulders
  • 10’ multiuse trail adjacent to the roadway
  • roundabout at the Country Club/Lemay Intersection
  • sidewalk access from Country Club Road to Tavelli Elementary
  • raised crosswalks in several locations
  • drainage ditch between the multiuse path and roadway

PURPOSE

This project is planned due to:

  • safety improvements
  • pavement condition improvements
  • capacity improvements

BUDGET

$ Currently Unknown

Larimer County has been awarded grant funding for design work on this project.  Construction costs and funding have not been identified at this time.

PROJECT STATUS

  • topographic survey and right-of-way research will begin in fall of 2025
  • a design consultant will be selected in fall of 2025
  • design is anticipated to be completed in 2027
  • construction: if funding identified, construction could begin in 2028
