Each May, the Larimer County Office on Aging honors two community members during our Older Americans Month Awards. The awards, honoring one Outstanding Senior Volunteer and one Outstanding Family Caregiver, are presented by the Larimer County Commissioners. Award winners are selected by the Office on Aging Advisory Council from nominations made by community members like you!

Past Year Winners:

 

This award honors outstanding volunteers whose service has enhanced the lives of older adults in Larimer County. Nominees must be at least 60 years of age, reside in Larimer County, and volunteer their time in the community with one or more organizations.

This award honors outstanding caregivers who provide ongoing care for someone 60 years of age or older in Larimer County. The caregiver must be unpaid and both the caregiver and care recipient must reside in Larimer County.
