It's never too early to consider your long-term care options or help a loved one plan ahead. The Larimer County Office on Aging has two main programs to support you:
- Aging and Disability Resources for Colorado (ADRC) Services: This program offers one-on-one help to look over your long-term care choices, make a personal plan, and assist you with applications for Long-Term Care Medicaid or the Medicare Savings Program.
- Larimer County Ombudsman Program: This program gives advice and education about long-term care communities. They also support and advocate for current long-term care residents.
