If you have a concern or a complaint, try to resolve the issue with the staff member and their supervisor first. If that does not address the issue, we are happy to help with a formal complaint.
Complaints

If you believe that you have been discriminated against because of your race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, creed, religion, political beliefs, disability, or public assistance status, you have the right to file a civil rights complaint. It is against the law for anyone who works for Human Services to retaliate against a person who files a complaint or who cooperates in the investigation of a civil rights complaint. Per the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Larimer County will provide reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with a disability who need assistance. Services can be arranged with at least seven business days notice. Please email hs-info@co.larimer.co.us. Walk-in requests for auxiliary aids and services will be honored to the extent possible but may be unavailable if advance notice is not provided.
