Group Volunteer Projects are a great way for your local business, recreational, social, youth, school or community group to give back to their public lands. Your group can positively impact the community & environment by helping with projects such as trail maintenance, litter cleanups, fence removal, and more.
Complete a request form on Offero which assists us in determining the right project for your group. You'll need to sign-up for an Offero user account.

Do you love trees? Looking to volunteer? We are seeking to fill a Plant Steward position at Sky View Campground (Carter Lake). Plant Steward volunteers nurture trees, shrubs, and native plants on Larimer County properties while promoting sustainability, providing wildlife habitat, and creating a welcoming space for visitors. They provide the proper maintenance to ensure the trees' longevity. No landscaping or gardening experience required. Just a desire to give back, time during the week and the ability to lift heavy hoses & other equipment. A volunteer is needed for a 4-5 hour shift, weekly, during the summer. Must be willing to communicate regularly via phone, email or text with staff.
