The Health District of Northern Larimer County: Connections Program

Connections supports individuals by referring them to behavioral health care providers across the community. The program has a group of trained behavioral health providers and care coordinators who can provide answers to you questions about mental health or substance use, options for treatment, and support to help you find care for your unique concerns. The Reproductive Health Program provides accessible and confidential reproductive health care, including sexual health services and education. Our clinic serves anyone capable of causing a pregnancy or becoming pregnant through same or next-day appointments. Teens are welcome in our clinics and can use our services without parental consent. We accept Medicaid and have income-based fees for those without insurance or who do not wish to use their private insurance. No one is ever denied services because they can’t afford to pay. We do not send bills or report to collections.

The Pregnancy Related Depression & Anxiety and Mood Disorders Coalition (PRD/AMD) was initiated in 2014 by the Larimer County Department of Health and Environment, through the Maternal Child Health (MCH) block grant priority area of Women's Mental Health: Pregnancy Related Depression. Our goal is to reduce stigma associated with maternal mental health and to increase the number of women identified with PRD who seek treatment.
