The Workforce Development Board (WDB) is composed of decision-making individuals and leaders from the workforce system, education, economic development sectors and community leaders dedicated to workforce development. The Workforce Development Board provides employer-led, strategic leadership to assist employers in finding talent for existing and emerging industries by convening necessary partners and to assist community members in reaching their full potential.

Larimer County Workforce Innovation Grant (WIG) Opportunities for Your Business

Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development received federal funding to support workforce innovation, the Workforce Innovation Grant. The CareerRise team is partnering with TAC 212 to offer a series of Job Search Workshops to teens between the ages of 14-18. The workshops will take place at TAC 212 (Fort Collins' new teen activity center) and will be facilitated by CareerRise staff.
