Access to business and asset information is limited to the owner of the assets or an authorized agent of the owner. Agents must submit a letter of authorization.
Our online portal to file your Business Personal Property declaration will be available January 20, 2024.

Once a property record has been established and a Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) is on file, businesses have the option to file their asset listings online - saving valuable time, reducing paperwork, and improving efficiency.
