Senior Homeowner Exemption
Please note: The application deadline was July 15, 2025. Application forms will be available again on January 2, 2026.
The senior property tax exemption has remained in effect since reinstated for property tax year 2012. The State of Colorado pays the property taxes on the exempted value.
