Community Development Offices will be closed Tuesday, August 10, 2021 
The Larimer County Community Development Department (Building, Planning, Code Compliance, Citizen Resources) will be closed to conduct a system upgrade. This upgrade also affects groups outside of Community Development including Weeds, Health (Septic) and Engineering. The Online Customer Portal is part of this upgrade and will not be available. No inspections, no permitting, no staff on call, and limited other community development services will be available that day. Thank you for your understanding and  we apologize for any inconvenience.
Building Permit Fee Increase Effective July 1, 2025
Building Permit Fee and Capital Transportation Fee increase will go into effect July 1, 2025.

Larimer County Community Development Online Portal will be unavailable on Monday, February 22, 2021 from 5:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.

ALL HEARINGS & MEETINGS WILL BE VIRTUAL FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER
