Building Permits, Inspections & Online Customer Portal Unavailable April 30 at 5PM - May 1

Due to system maintenance, building permits, inspections and the Online Customer Portal will be unavailable on April 30 at 5 PM and all day May 1.  No inspections will take place on Friday, May 1. During this time we will be unable to schedule inspections, input or issue building permits, sign off on certifications, verify permit status, or check on anything pertaining to a permit. If it is necessary to schedule a crucial inspection, please contact Mark Tewsley at 498-7703. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we move towards improving our current system.

Larimer County Remote Video Inspection Guidelines

This guide will help you arrange temporary remote inspection services during the COVID-19 emergency. This service is provided for the inspection of occupied commercial and residential spaces where remodel, alteration, basement finish, addition accessible only through occupied spaces and similar construction is taking place.

Staff is highly encouraging all documents for pick up or submittals to be done via the mail or electronically.  If this is not an option, please make an appointment to drop off or pick up a Community Development file. Please call 498-7683 to schedule an appointment.
