Easy Access is an online portal that provides several ways to search recorded documents, including name, legal description, or document type/category. Our online records contain documents from 1939 to the present. Online searches can be done by name, legal description, document type, or if you have it, the reception number or book and page. Every document recorded in the public record is issued a unique identifier: either a book and page number or more recently, a reception number.
Payment-based e-services will be down statewide for system maintenance from 8:00 p.m. Friday February 21st to 3:00 p.m. Saturday February 22nd.
Scheduled network maintenance will occur at the Loveland Vehicle Licensing Office on the morning of Thursday, 1/2/25. Please plan your visit to our office after 9:00 a.m., as appointments and walk-in services may not be available.
The license plates listed in the table below can be acquired by any Larimer County resident to register their vehicle without any additional requirements. A full list of all available license plates can be found on the Department of Revenue website.

Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes 1-7-509, the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder Elections Department will conduct a public logic and accuracy test of voting equipment on October 8, 2024. For specific information regarding the time and place of this test, please contact the Larimer County Elections office at 970-498-7820.
There has been a statewide delay with mailing out the November courtesy reminder cards . This card is not required to renew! Please visit mydmv.colorado.gov to renew online or call 970-498-7878, option 5, to renew over the phone. Renewing at a self-service kiosk is also available.
