Registration Renewal Services Unavailable at Self Service Kiosks
Due to technical issues, registration renewal services are currently unavailable at Colorado MV Express self service kiosks statewide. Please check back here for updates.
Renewal Kiosks Out of Service for Planned Maintenance
All CO MV Express kiosks will be out of service from 7:00 PM Friday 2/13/26 until Tuesday 2/17/26 for system upgrades. More information on the upgrade can be found at www.larimer.gov/drives.
Estes Park Vehicle Licensing Services Available
The network issues affecting the Estes Park Vehicle Licensing office have been resolved.
Couples ready to make it official are invited to the “License to Wed Bash” hosted by the Larimer County Clerk & Recorder’s Office Recording Department from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 7, 2026, at the Fort Collins Clerk & Recorder Office (200 W. Oak St., First Floor).

Upgrades are Coming (February 13 - 16, 2026)
Starting February 13, 2026, the State of Colorado will undergo a major upgrade to its DRIVES processing system. During the upgrade period, our office will be open during regular business hours!
Statewide online services will be unavailable from the evening of Friday, February 13, through Monday, February 16.
