What do I need?
- You must be the purchaser of the vehicle or agent of the purchaser
- If the purchaser is a business, the agent acting on behalf of the business must provide a letter of authorization
- If the purchaser is an individual who will not be present at the appointment, the acting agent must have a valid power of attorney
- The title from the previous owner OR

Due to a power outage, the Estes Park Vehicle Licensing Office is currently closed.
IN PERSON TRANSACTIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
To maintain our appointment schedule, there is a 2 transactions limit per time slot. If you have more than 2 transactions, please make additional appointments.
Appointments are now available for Colorado car dealerships for Dealer Resale and Duplicate Title transactions only, with a limit of 2 transactions at each appointment. All other transactions will be required to be dropped off.
Self-service Kiosks Scheduled Maintenance
All Colorado MV Express Renewal Kiosks in Larimer County will be down for scheduled maintenance from 8 to 10 A.M. on Sunday November 12th.

Our online Civil Union & Marriage Licenses applications are currently unavailable due to network issues. Our team is working to resolve the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Keep Colorado Wild
Starting January 1st, 2023, Colorado residents will be charged $29 for a Keep Colorado Wild Pass during their annual vehicle registration. Residents can opt-out or decline the pass annually when registering a passenger vehicle, light truck, motorcycle, and/or recreational vehicle. Click here for more details.
