Estes Park Vehicle Licensing Office Closed

Due to a power outage, the Estes Park Vehicle Licensing Office is currently closed.
IN PERSON TRANSACTIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

To maintain our appointment schedule, there is a 2 transactions limit per time slot. If you have more than 2 transactions, please make additional appointments.

 

Appointments are now available for Colorado car dealerships for Dealer Resale and Duplicate Title transactions only, with a limit of 2 transactions at each appointment.  All other transactions will be required to be dropped off.

 
Self-service Kiosks Scheduled Maintenance

All Colorado MV Express Renewal Kiosks in Larimer County will be down for scheduled maintenance from 4 A.M.  to 8 A.M. on Sunday September 6th.
Recording is currently processing passport applications by appointment only

Please visit larimer-recording.bookafy.com to schedule your appointment time. Each appointment can include up to 3 applicants. If your party has more than 3 applicants, please schedule back-to-back appointments.

Keep Colorado Wild

Starting January 1st, 2023, Colorado residents will be charged $29 for a Keep Colorado Wild Pass during their annual vehicle registration. Residents can opt-out or decline the pass annually when registering a passenger vehicle, light truck, motorcycle, and/or recreational vehicle. Click here for more details. 
Renewal Kiosks are Out of Service

All renewal kiosks statewide are currently experiencing an outage and are unable to complete transactions. The vendor is working now to resolve the issue. Please check back here for updates.
