The Behavioral Health Services 2026-2030 Strategic Plan serves as our compass for the next five years, ensuring that our community remains a place where mental and behavioral health are prioritized. This plan is not just a document; it is a community-driven initiative grounded in the County’s Guiding Principles. Our department is committed to stewarding Larimer County's behavioral health tax dollars in ways that create impacts at all levels - for individuals, neighborhoods, and our countywide community.

By integrating continuous stakeholder input and building upon vital foundations like the Community Master Plan 2.0, we are committed to creating a system that is as flexible as it is sustainable. We invite you to explore our vision, mission, and the strategic priorities that will guide our investments and partnerships through 2030.

This plan represents our commitment to you. Together, we are building a behavioral health care system that supports every individual in Larimer County.
