What is an adult passport renewal?
- Applicant is over age 25
- Most recent passport was issued when the applicant was age 16 or older and was valid for 10 years
- Most recent passport is not expired, or expired within the last 5 years
- Most recent passport is not lost or stolen
The Recording Department does not process adult renewals. Please visit the US Department of State website and follow the steps to renew online or by mail using Form DS-82. Our office can take photos for mail-in renewals for $15.00. No appointment is necessary for passport photos.
