Back-to-School Immunization Clinics

LCDHE is offering low-or no-cost vaccines for children ages 4 and older and their families. Vaccine clinics will be held at locations across the community to provide:
- All school-required vaccines
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
- Flu
- PLEASE NOTE: COVID-19 vaccines currently unavailable. Please check back mid-October for updates.

COVID-19 VACCINE UPDATE

At this time, the COVID-19 vaccine is not available through our clinics. We are awaiting further guidance on vaccine availability, insurance coverage, and eligibility. Please check back in mid-October for the latest updates. You can visit the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment COVID-19 webpage to learn more about access through other providers and pharmacies. Please note that costs may vary depending on your insurance coverage.
Sexual and Reproductive Health Services

Low or no cost sexual and reproductive health services including STI testing and treatment, birth control, and more.

Immunization Services

Low or no cost immunizations for infants, children, and adults who qualify and a limited selection of private pay immunizations.

International Travel Clinic Services

Immunizations, health information, and medications for international travel.

  1. What information do I need to provide to get services at LCDHE?

    Basic requirements:

    Full name

    Date of birth

    Some programs require that you provide an address and your household income, but this information is confidential.

  2. Will I be required to share information about my immigration status with LCDHE?

    No, the health department does not need this information about your immigration status to provide you with care.

  3. Will the health department share my personal contact information or health information?

    Personal information is protected by patient privacy laws and not shared with local police or Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) unless legally required by valid court order or warrant.

  4. If I do not have a social security number, will I be required to provide one?

    No, a social security number is not required for patient care.
