Immunization Appointments Available

Immunization appointments are now available Mondays and Wednesdays at our Loveland clinic and Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at our Fort Collins clinic, and the third Tuesday of each month at our Estes Park Clinic for infants, children, and adults who do not have health insurance, who have health insurance that does not cover immunizations, and for those who have Medicaid.

Infant, Child & Adult Immunizations 

The Larimer County Health Department Immunization Program offers low to no cost routine and recommended immunizations for infants, children and adults who:

  • Have Medicaid
  • Have health insurance that does not cover the cost of immunizations
  • Do not have health insurance

Our clinical team is available to help navigate what immunizations you are due for and to answer any questions.

If you do not qualify for low to no cost vaccines please read the information below about our Private Pay options.

Private Pay Vaccine Options

  • LCDHE is unable to bill private insurance but we do offer a limited selection of vaccines that require payment in full at the time of service. 
  • If you have private medical insurance most vaccines will be covered by your health insurance through your primary care provider (PCP) or local pharmacy that accepts insurance

Mpox

  • Mpox vaccines are available at all of our locations, and there are no longer specific eligibility criteria for mpox vaccination - anyone who thinks they may be at risk of exposure to mpox can get vaccinated. 
  • Parental/guardian consent is required to administer the Jynneos vaccine to anyone under the age of 18 years.

To request a copy of your (or your minor child's) CIIS record from us, please complete this form. CIIS records can be emailed via encrypted email as a PDF attachment, mailed, or picked up in our Fort Collins office.

Request a Community Clinic

LCDHE is an equity-based community vaccination clinic provider. Our clinic works with local organizations to offer vaccination clinics in our community with the goal of reducing barriers to receiving vaccines.  Community-based clinics are currently serving the following populations:

  • Uninsured or underinsured individuals ages 6+
  • Individuals with Medicaid ages 6+
  • Individuals requesting COVID-19 Vaccination
