Inmates are encouraged to keep in contact with friends and family through video visitation. Visitation requests must be initiated by the inmates. Video visitation can take place off-site via almost any smart phone or internet connected PC with a webcam and microphone.

Failure to adhere to any rule results in termination of visitation privileges.

Sex Offender Registration

If you live in unincorporated Larimer County and you need to register as a Sex Offender you must make an appointment by calling 970-498-5100 and enter 8 then 4 when you hear the attendant’s voice. 

Burn Permits

Within Larimer County, an Open Burn Permit must be obtained prior to any ignitions occurring on private land. An Open Burn Permit applies to prescribed fires intentionally used for grassland or forest management, including vegetative, habitat, or fuel management. This definition includes both broadcast and pile burning. Open Burning does not include burning in the course of agricultural operations and does not include burning for the purpose of maintaining water conveyance structures.
