The translation services project is connected to the Larimer County Strategic Plan: Goal 3, Objective 3: “By the end of 2022, adapt the service delivery method of at least one service in each of the service categories to respond to demographic trends and measure the effectiveness of the adaptations through direct polling of customers. In an effort to better equip Larimer County managers and supervisors, Human Resources has developed a mandatory Supervisor Essentials training program. Managers and supervisors will be expected to complete the 10-hour virtual program upon initial hire or promotion, and then every three years as long as they remain a manager or supervisor. How Does it Work? UKG Employee Voice surveys leverage unique artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to provide real-time, deeper insights from employees and respondents open-ended answers. | |||||
