• Any employee who cancels their enrollment for a class within 2 weeks of the class date will need to send another person from their department in their place. If no one fills the spot, the department will be charged for the class, regardless of reason.   

• In order to hold a class, we need 10 registered and committed participants to attend. 

An employee’s position can be reclassified when there are ongoing and significant changes in the employee’s job responsibilities/duties.
