Extension offices are a partnership between a land-grant university & a county agency. In our case, that partnership is between Colorado State University & Larimer County.  

This partnership brings information & resources from CSU to you.  This could come in the form of fact sheets, consultations, workshops, & more.  All our services are offered at low to no cost.

Americans are more mobile than ever before.  Whether it is for business, vacation, to be near our children or to seek specialized medical care, we often travel around the country.  But when we cross state lines, do our wishes regarding medical care and treatment travel with us?  

Your Advance Directives are done and you’ve named someone to be your Healthcare Agent(s) on your Medical Durable Power of Attorney form. You may now choose to name your Agent(s) as In Case of Emergency (ICE) contact(s) in your cell phone. This is a common place for emergency responders to look when trying to find someone to call on your behalf. If entered correctly, emergency personnel can learn a bit about you and make a call to your loved ones straight from your phone.
