Additional Victim ServicesNeighborhood Watch program started over 40 years ago and has proven to be the most cost-effective crime prevention program. It is easy to implement and maintain and can help reduce crime in your neighborhood. It can be organized around a block, business, church, or apartment building. This program is designed to: Missing persons should be reported as soon as possible. You do NOT have to wait 24 to 72 hours to report a missing person. For children under 12 and at-risk adults, you should call 911 as soon as you determine they are missing. For missing teenagers and adults, please call our non-emergency number at (970) 416-1985 as soon as you are certain they are not returning home on their own. Every day more than one million people fall victim to cybercrime. The National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) is pleased to collaborate with Symantec to provide resources for cybercrime victims.
