The Leadership Development program is a three-level, sequential program: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Employees need to complete each level before advancing to the next level.  Employees do not have to advance to the next level after completing a level, or complete all levels.

VOLUNTARY ACCIDENT INSURANCE

Accident Insurance pays you benefits for specific injuries and events resulting from a covered accident that occurs on or after your coverage effective date. The benefit depends on the type of injury and care received. You have the option to elect the appropriate Accident Insurance to meet your needs. Accident Insurance is a limited benefit policy.

Annualized Salary: Adjusted income or pay for an incumbent on annual basis.

Base Pay: Fixed compensation paid to an individual;' it is typically expressed as an hourly rate or an annual amount. The calculation of base pay is: (hourly rate*2080).

Benchmark Job: Job classifications that are common in the labor market, have a clear and consistent definition for purposes of comparison, and for which reliable salary survey data is available.
