An employee can receive advance payment of wages only in a bona fide emergency situation and with approval of their Appointing Authority and the Payroll Manager or Payroll Supervisor.

Parking permits are used to park at the Civic Center Parking Structure (CCPS) located downtown Fort Collins. This parking structure is owned and managed by the City of Fort Collins. Employees of the County pay a subsidized rate for parking and the current rate is set up as a non-taxable deduction from their paycheck.

PURPOSE:   This Policy is intended to provide means for addressing and resolving issues arising out of employee performance or conduct.

SCOPE:   This Policy and Procedure applies to all employees (reference C) of Larimer County and employees of the Office of the District Attorney, Eighth Judicial District, with the exception of employees of the Larimer County Sheriff's Office.

RESPONSIBILITY:   The Human Resources Director administers this Policy.

PURPOSE: To establish consistent and defined policies for changes in the County's workforce (reference 1).  A Decision Maker has the option to do one or more of the following: Reorganization, Reduction in Hours, Furlough, Layoff, or Job Changes.
